To get started, complete our Contact Us form. Our team will reach out by phone to learn more about your gown, confirm availability, and schedule your appointment.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll drop off your gown in the morning and pick it up later that same day, beautifully prepared for your special occasion.
We encourage brides to contact us in advance to discuss their gown, wedding date, fabric, and steaming needs. Some fabrics and embellishments require specialized handling, and not every gown is suitable for steaming.
Please note: Steaming helps reduce wrinkles but does not replace professional cleaning or guarantee the removal of stains or other imperfections.
