The Process
You do not need to have purchased your gown with us to take advantage of this service. No matter where your dress came from, simply bring it to us and we’ll take care of the rest.
Your gown will be carefully packaged and sent to our trusted partners at Great Lakes Clothing Care & Wedding Gown Specialists. Tami and her expert team specialize in bridal gown care, restoring your dress with precision and attention to detail—bringing it back to its original beauty.
Once the cleaning process is complete, your gown will be returned to us and ready for pickup.

Pricing
Gown Cleaning: $125
(Shipping to and from the facility is not included)
For a quicker turnaround, your gown can be shipped directly—either back to our store or to you. This option does include additional shipping costs.
If you prefer to avoid shipping fees, Tami also makes scheduled trips to our store throughout the year. While this option may take a bit longer, it allows you to skip shipping costs entirely.
Cleaning & Preservation
After your wedding day, one of the most important things you can do for your gown is have it professionally cleaned and preserved. This ensures your dress is beautifully restored and carefully protected for years to come—whether you plan to cherish it, pass it down, or simply keep it as a lasting memory.
